PD Dr. Marcus Klamert MA. is a legal advisor at the Federal Chancellery, holds the Venia for European and International Law (WU Vienna), and passed the bar exam in Vienna. He was an APART fellow of the Austrian Academy of Sciences and a visiting researcher at the Institute for European and Comparative Law at Oxford University and the European University Institute in Florence. He has repeatedly represented Austria before the European Court of Justice, was a trainee lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Vienna, and worked for the European Commission in Brussels. Member of the editorial board of the EuWZ and referee for inter alia OUP, Hart and the EL Rev.
