Studio and Archives Paul Parin & Goldy Parin-Matthèy

Paul-Parin_FotoPaul Parin was a psychoanalyst, author and ethnologist who co-founded ethnopsychoanalysis. He died in Zurich in May 2009. Thanks to the efforts of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Johannes Reichmayr, Parin’s extensive academic and literary legacy is available to the public at the Sigmund Freud University.

From the very beginning, Parin supported the SFU’s development with great interest and benevolent curiosity. Therefore it is a great pleasure and honor to accommodate his legacy and to thus keep the spirit of his social, political, academic and literary work alive.

The “Studio and Archives Paul Parin & Goldy Parin-Matthèy” is located on the 3rd floor of the SFU.
