The Center for Research on the Social Responsibility of Wealth at the Sigmund Freud University, part of the Department of Comparative Asset Psychology (Vergleichende Vermögenskultur) reflects a world-wide initiative to understand and investigate the potentials of human wealth.
What is "Vermögen"? In the German language, the term "Vermögen" refers to both the financial assets that an individual might possess, and also to the abilities and talents of that individual. We are interested in investigating how these two aspects of the notion of "Vermögen" interact in creating a constructive and socially applicable sense of Social Responsibility.
